Overall my experience at has been positive. The company has been very good to me and my family and I'm grateful for that. However, the culture has changed a bit and is not what it once was. Change is the new norm, we're all working at full capacity and struggling to keep up with expectations.

Most of the people I know and work with are of upstanding character and overall good people.

We collaborate and communicate very well. They're loyal, dependable, and hardworking. I know I can count on them.

The people are great. I also love the good the company does in the community and charities around the world.

When I feel like I'm contributing, appreciated, valued, cared about, productive, and when I understand the impact of my contributions to the company's objectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Communication with leadership about my development, creating an IDP and working on it, and having a estimated timeline for when a merit increase could be achieved.

It would be nice to receive a higher salary that aligns more with the time, effort, contributions, dedication, skills, sacrifices, knowledge that are put into my job.

Being productive and feeling like I'm contributing. I enjoy knowing that I have a reputation of being someone who is kind, knowledgeable, hard working, and someone people enjoy working with.
