I am happy a Nu Skin. It is not a job whereby you work 9-5 its more than that. Which comes with good and bad benefits. We have some very big goals but I do sometimes doubt them due to the economic backdrop that we have no control over. Yet our goals are set and bonus's linked so can be demotivatin

Certain personalities within the team are very approachable. Not too busy to chat
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, certain personalities are amazing. After a few years at the company you know who are the "gems" who will help you whenever you are in a bind even out of working hours as they care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nu Skin is known comparitively for not paying the best salary. With that said the culture is unrivaled. Its a compromise on what you want - I like the family dynamic but should my circumstances change my priorities of what I want from a job will challenge and I am not sure Nu Skin will come out top
