Nu Skin is a very generous, flexible and lenient company. Management make the choice to trust their employees and the dividend they get for this trust are worth it. I don't think there's a lot of company like Nu Skin in the market

Very flexible, working from home also has paradoxally increased collaboration greatly

Being able to work from home, from anywhere actually is a true blessing that has improved family ties, work efficiency and volume delivered as well. Very proud to be part of such an avant garde company
What makes you most happy at work?
I have plenty of resources available to increase my skills, I have the audience always here to listen to my crazy ideas and experiments and I can confidently try new things without fearing of retaliation over failure.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The specificity of everyone's skills puts us in very focused field. The challenge is to connect the dots between what each member does to see how we can benefit from each other, and it is still very limited although the new management of the team does its best to change it through regular meetings.
