Increase in HMO coverage. Fair increase yearly for the efforts you did rom the past yr.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Speaking of the dept, we have great working dynamics. but, other teams seem like every project or program is a competition.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Check on other staff if they are working well with the deliverables. They have a lot of free time, hence the quality of output is not met.
