The amount of workload not equal to compensation. "Family" culture sometimes harmful because other people think they can intervene in your personal life. Work challenges can be overcome but problems with people are hard to overcome. So many new things happening, sometimes hard to keep up.

Stick to professionalism. Focus on work and not gossiping. Familial not always good

Talented teammates with the commitment and alignment to company goals, and ready to accept innovation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much work and compensation raises are not proportionate to inflation. Workload is beyond job description. Better compensation and proper work delegation.
