Nu Skin has my heart because I am a firm believer of the products and want to share them with everyone. I believe if they are more intentional in elevating each team we could see better outcomes as a whole with the company. I am very grateful for their benefits and perks!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work from home, I am full of positive, and my creative mind just flows and I am so motivated to work and get my ideas out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the moment I do not see many positives because my team specifically is so negative about everything, and they talk poorly about other teams that it really makes the work not come out as good as it could.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In general, when you are in a professional setting for a global company you should always bring your best attitude and mentality. I believe as the team works on being positive, bringing good energy, and being accountable for their own errors our team will flourish and become a top team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just like many people in Nu Skin, we work 20+ jobs that don't have to do with our own role. We are overworked and with little compensation compared to other global companies. I would say there is value in the skills that we learn and although it is more work I appreciate the skills I have now.
