The last 5 years have been rough. Executive management make last minute decisions/changes that trickles down to huge amounts of work and costs when they knew for months and decide to change last minute not based on facts on research done but personal preference.

My coworkers and I do feel like Nu Skin tries to be ethical.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nu Skin used to be the best place to work not because of compensation but they did well with benefits not any more a lot of companies are doing better. Nu Skin no longer has perks.
