very good product with good culture, also some of people are good, but not good enough stretergy for business side. not clear company's stretergy to meet China's development. too slow to make decision, too global angel to unable to adjust for local market.

sales team is the key for company, but for other depts may not be treated as key ones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NS culture is really good one, but still there is something that few of staff can't take their duty to perform. no risk is one of principle for us to do the business.
