Overall experience has been very positive. Work environment, even after shifting to remote work due to COVID, has been supportive. Management communicates regularly and sets a clear vision for the company and also for work goals and objectives. Company shares in its success financially.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total compensation is competitive including base pay, bonus opportunity based on company results, paid quarterly, competitive benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to contribute. Knowing my contributions are valued. A lot of independence and freedom to operate are given.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent communicators. Demonstrate through actions that they really care about the employees. Global and growth mindset for the business. Strategic, visionary, and inspiring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When mistakes are made, unless it's a pattern of making the same mistakes, not being accountable and not taking ownership, we view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Very supportive culture and yet high expectations for performance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with a number of people that would be my peers, and also some of my internal customers. Also had the ability to ask questions to learn about the company and culture fit for myself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team collaborates well. A lot of very smart people but lack of egos. A desire to do the right thing, but not have to be right, or have their ideas adopted. Honestly one of the best teams I've ever worked with.
