They are always willing to help, even with small things that are not necessarily part of their job description.

We all strive to be A Force For Good, to each other and to anyone outside of our company.

When a Project is complete, I can step back and see the positive impact it has had on the people it effects.

I love that they treat employees as people, not as just a number or means to an end. They understand and appreciate the need for a good work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, we back each other up, even if we have no idea how to do another person's job, we try our best to do everything we can when some one is in need of assistance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are amazing, NU Skin pays for a good majority of our Insurance premiums. The Retire Ready, 401K matching is also one of my favorite things. Nu Skin helps us prepare for the future and contributes to it.
