When things are going the way it should it's great, but when something happens there is not enough support from management. Team is AMAZING. Have very mixed feelings about the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members and the support from fellow team members even in times of crises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a nice team supporting each other in times of crises when management is not supporting us. When team leader leaves us at least more experienced team members are there to support us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Crises on the market hit hard and the team is left to fend for it self, not given the right material to provide the best service wish spreads wide spread negativity. Unfair treatment between the teams and it's VERY clear
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Litsen to the needs of it's employes, handle crises better and not wait for the employees to be at the verge of breaking until doing something to help. Not post phone what is important to team members. Not neglect the need of the team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary, be compensated for what you bring to the table and not just relying on employees to do things for good will all the time and not force team members to do things they are not supposed to do to then fall behind on their own work. we are not one team when one team just helps another not
