A very competitive salary with a nice bonus linked to our achievements makes it very motivating to reach our targets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that each Nu Skin leader, even our top executives are very opened to receive feedback and interact, even if you come from the ground.
What makes you most happy at work?
What I love is clearly: my colleagues, our Nu Skin independent distributors, and all the exciting projects we are working on ! So many things going on, you can't get bored !
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are lucky to work with a huge diversity of profiles and it helps us to stay innovative and always bring news ideas for our projects. Everyone is very kind and cares about other and your well being. It is not common to have such a peaceful, safe and positive environment to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a Force For Good ! Part of the culture is to give back and every year we have our Force For Good month where employees can also help, support different people or associations in need. I love to feel I belong to a company that cares and is not only there to make profit.
