Nu Skin is a great place to work! Obviously no place is perfect but I am extremely happy with my work environment, flexibility, and day-to-day life here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not comparable to the current job market/ not reflective of how long I have worked here. Up my pay to reflect that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are always ways to contribute to something bigger than me, and there are also fun employee events and perks. Also time-off is not taboo and I feel like I can take it whenever I need to.
