I feel that I am undervalued because I have taken on more responsibility without promise of more pay.

The most positive part of our culture is the comradery and sense of family we fill towards one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure they compensate and value people doing the day to day work, instead of looking out for the stock holders.

The best part about our team is that we all get along and can ask questions without worry of rejection or pushback.
