I really enjoy the feeling of contribution when a project comes to fruition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with my compensation. It has, for the most part, been able to keep up with cost of living increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a team that are passionate about what we do. They can all be trusted to get their jobs done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Now that Vince Perfetti is gone they, for the most part, seem like good, moral people. Most of the decisions seem balanced with what's best for the business and what's best for employees.
