The best place I've ever worked. My only worry is that the company will look at how big, successful companies do things and copy things they do that will harm or dilute our Force for Good mission.

1. The company has never missed a payroll, something I've learned to appreciate, given my experience with other companies 2. Generosity with bonuses.

Our mission is to be a force for good throughout the world by empowering people to improve lives with rewarding business opportunities, innovative products, and an enriching, uplifting culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We seem to have, perhaps without doing so deliberately, made it a policy to hire kind, generous, friendly people. I love working with them. Even the abject slackers are nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I create a solution or tool that works so well that it makes the people who use it *happy*. What a rush it is to have somebody tell me so!
