Fantastic. Training was a bit rushed, but the things not covered in training I was able to figure out within the next month of nesting, which is the goal. They take good care of everyone, and make sure everyone is comfortable and accounted for.

I enjoy speaking with the customers who are grateful for what I do. Obviously there are the few who call to complain, but most are there to get help, and are patient and kind
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that everyone says Good Morning when they get on, and wishes everyone a good night when they get off. That communication can be lost with us working from home, but everyone does a great job at staying connected
