One the best company to work with. Working environment is good and healthy.Learn a lot of stuff and also able to upgrade certain job skills.The benefit is not bad however it is a long way to go as I wish this company is willing to take further risk to increase brand value and awareness to the market
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. However, there is still room for improvement. Sometimes when they are too many jobs, we are willing to help each other. We also seek advice from each other on handling certain matters. I'm thankful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perhaps company will introduce flexi benefits for the staff to claim on. Medical allowance allocations is a bit too much for an individual to claim on. Can make it more flexible to claim on necessities or towards lifestyle well-being. Besides medical, example, optical-glass-contact lenses, gym etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I'm doing. I always look at the positive and brighter side each days. Of course they are bad days, however when you have good environment and teams you are also able to catch yourself and get the job done accordingly. Great working environment, I would day!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we are working in extremely face past environment, I love how the pressure gets me going to get the job done. Here there is not much obstacles in executing the day to day jobs.The environment is quite positive and this is great to keep up with the momentum.Some of the colleagues are passionate
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If this referring to the managers and management team I have nothing much to say. As for me, they are just okay. It seems like working independently. Good things, you learn a lot on how to execute job by finding it on your won. Figure out on how to be independent with the jobs. Helpful when ask too.
