Can be a fun place because of the people, but unfortunately it doesn't weigh out the cons. Credit cards have become the bane of the company's existance, and the pressure can be felt from upper mgmt if goals are not met. seems like we have to harass customers to make a sale/open a card. Seems fake

Some of the employees are great people, and make the long days better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i'm putting a lot of strain on my body from the tasks I do, and they do not determine pay by experience or anything similar. Raises are only a couple of cents. Almost over 98% of the time overtime is not encouraged, and you will be reprimanded by DM or GM
