For a while i heavily enjoyed working at this location, but as time went on; i realized that there is little to no partnership between workers or managers. Workers constantly dispute and it quickly gets physical. I have health complications and the entire staff have pushed me to blacking out twice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually have meetings; and fire the workers who sit around refusing to work together and do their job.
