Passion levels are fantastic. Everyone loves what they do and is invested in our success as a company. Everyone is willing to pitch in to do their part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see the benefit our work has on the teams we support (we are a service org) and on our customers at the end of the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Rapid7 really rewards folks who put in the effort. They are always looking to promote from within and are fully supportive of career growth. Even when it means trying something new in another part of the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're completely transparent and super communicative. Their regular updates with the teams helps keep us all in the loop on what's happening day to day and what's on tap for the future. I never feel like I'm out of the loop.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of our compensation package right now is the ESPP plan. A one year look-back and 15% off the lowest price across that span. It's an amazing benefit that puts dollars directly in our pockets and keeps us invested in the growth of the company!
