Good but not without its challenges. The team can be quite busy leaving limited time for learning new things. Rapid (no pun intended) pace of development and release can lead to bugs and more support work. Still happy that I made the right decision moving to the company.

Anyone can talk to anyone. No celestial-level directors or executives who you'd dare not speak speak with.
