People I work with. Communications from company wide announcements slack. Not always. But the channel has its moments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Splitting the compensation into various forms of income. Doing this helped me to better plan my future and understand my financial situation as well as find ways to improve it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability and various opportunities to spend lots of social time with co-workers. R7 is one of those 'do everything together' companies. This is a company that embraces innovation and new ideas, encouraging their employees to push what is possible. The people are really smart and also very dedicated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their approach to people and focus on growth. Their approach to growing the company by enhancing employee experience which leads to new moose joining the herd. And honest reflection of who they are. C. Thomas, C. Luconi and L. Weiner are great role-models for the people working here.
