Taking pride in the content and work I produce. Praise from the clients always brings a smile to my face, as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually making changes. It's one thing to be heard, but we rarely ever see any improvements addressing areas in need of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wear a bunch of different hats and only get paid for one of them. If employees are stepping outside of their roles and doing more than what's expected, there should be compensation in place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I love going into the office and reconnecting with my coworkers, old and new ones. I appreciate the office events, both virtual and physical, where we can have fun and get to know our team members better professionally and personally.
