The flexibility to work at my own pace (within reason and keeping up with deadlines of course)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Despite other benefits/perks etc I believe base salaries should be at the bare minimum liveable which BCV seems aligned with I do think the company could consider cost-of-living/inflation based raises as opposed to only performance based
