I have found that people are instantly warm here and genuinely want me to get onboarded quickly. I don't sense gross competition rather an understanding that everything we do as a team helps the overall. The industry is taking a shift and we are positioned very well by our Leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Health Plans are great and looking forward to having a 401k again.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is moving forward in growth, but it appears to be smart growth and free of debt.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone knows me by name now and has made it clear multiple times that they are standing by to assist with any questions etc. I've had a great experience so far!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has been eager to include me on calls and try and onboard me. I find people to be smart and respectful of each other and warm and friendly overall.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel happy consistently when I think about all the tools I have to do my job. I haven't had to ask for certain sales tools that are obvious to me, the company is already there which is great. Clearly a sales driven organization which feels good!
