Elsevier: I absolutely adore my job and I'm so proud to work for Elsevier because of its reputation within the industry as a journal leader and because of their support to their staff. However, I don't know as yet whether my contract will be renewed because it is a 9mth temporary 'work from home' contract.
Elsevier: Payment not in line with skills (PhD), time spent on keeping journal moving or inflation.
Elsevier: As a new migrant, I enjoyed the flexibility in work model the company offered while I could contribute my knowledge and experience in the position.

RingCentral: I love RingCentral but there were still things that need to address. I appreciate how the company took care of us. I think not too many activities that cost too much should be minimized instead given to employees.
