What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay for the role, share-save scheme, bonus, private medical albeit at a small additional cost and 10 development days per year are fantastic. I think Elsevier is competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team leader and a knowledgeable team of individuals with a vast skillset. This makes it easy to perform well at the same time as learning and self-development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to really care about its staff, for example not just allowing flexibility and working from home. But making sure staff have a comfortable working environment at home (desk, chair, monitor etc.) Most of the staff I meet have worked for Elsevier for many years due to the positives.
