CrowdStrike: Competitive base pay, and strong RSU compensation
CrowdStrike: I have never regretted accepting a position with this company. It has exceeded my expectations.
CrowdStrike: Lenghty start and onboarding. Fully remote work is challenging at the beginning. Current group looks like a startup which is a new for me. Overall very interesting and unique for my experience.

There is "mob rule" in the public chat. If you don't are you are shouted down. I wish this would change because I love everything else about my job

But they just say that was in the past and we will have a meeting that never comes. All the while other employees are suffering due to another person's actions
