Paycom: I have been here over 7 years and have been able to grow into multiple roles. The skills I have obtained are a blessing.
Paycom: Change is constant. Your leader changes often which means the expectations of you changes often. I've recommended friends to come to Paycom and every one of them has had at least two managers within their first year. You can make good money if you stay long enough, but burnout is real and happens.

Paycom: After working within two different dept here at Paycom I truly believe the experience is dependent on leadership and the department. We do a lot of great things, but I also think we need to take a step back and assess what is important to employees and where our products for long term success.
Paycom: My experience at Paycom has been positive overall but that is quickly being overshadowed by the lack of flexible work schedules and the inability to work from home. This is something our competitors are doing better than we are and we don't seem to be making any strides in that area.
First Advantage: I wake up every morning eager to learn more as I have been with the company less than a year. It is challenging and sometimes a wee bit frustrating as I navigate through the problem resolutions and possible solutions for our clients who are relying on us to solve their most challenging issues.

Mr. Cooper: An overpayment was made on 5/27 - I called them on 5/31 - it was going to be returned - it will take 24-48 hours to process. Today is 6/16 my funds have not been returned. At least 3 times I've been told that the previous customer service rep. didn't do the paperwork correctly. Worst company ever!
Pella Corporation: Service. We love our Pella windows but we cannot get the service issues finalized. We still are missing the overhead strike plate on our double patio doors and some weather stripping. THese are easy fixes but the Pellla service department does not respond to multiple requests by our builorder.
RingCentral: The company provided everything that the employee needs either while working from home or at the office. Hopefully, the company will permanently implement the hybrid setup for their employees, we feel that we are more productive while working from home and performing better as seen on our ratings.
