A genuine interest in each other's wellbeing and the work/products we put out into the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was able to transfer all of my benefits and leave from a previous state university when I joined this institution.

They are generous with their leave policy, giving us flexibility to carry over leftover unused hours between fiscal years if needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide clear big picture vision and trust their teams enough to make it happen without micromanaging. It's a solid team effort.

They all have open door policies, even if it is sometimes difficult to get on their calendar they will often make time if you really need a one-on-one.
What makes you most happy at work?
Looking back at all the projects and work that we've done gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivation to get through the tough days and busy weeks.

Every day is different with incoming requests, assistance to clients, and seasonal projects. It makes every day interesting and different and definitely good for people who like problem solving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is comprised of high performers who are willing to teach and learn from one another to make sure we deliver the end products/results to the satisfaction of our end clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We each have our sets of clients and roles, but are still willing to pitch in when someone needs assistance on a particularly troubling/difficult task. We lend our strengths to each other and when it's all hands on deck we can get a LOT done together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels good to know that all our efforts are making tangible influences on helping improve lives. Whether it be a student choosing to pursue a medical career or a patient learning there is a service they need that they can come get, every day each of us make an impact bigger than ourselves.
