At first I am satisfied and contented with the company until such time that everything was so unclear. Been with the company for years now and I don't see any career growth anymore.

I don't have anything on top of my head. I guess we're living in a different world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
undervalued- I don't see any career growth. Feel better about my compensation - not really feel better my workload is morethan what I am being paid for.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
give value to the tenured people. make sure that they have a clear career growth. they wouldn't stay for morethan 10 years just to be on a status quo.
