What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am so lucky to be part of such a strong team. After any interaction with my co-workers, I leave with fresh knowledge that I can apply in my everyday work. They support my professional development in a way that is extraordinary in the world today.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work at UT Health San Antonio is fulfilling because I know I contribute, albeit in a small way, to the health and quality of life of another human being. All roads lead back to our patients, who are our neighbors. That is the most rewarding kind of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Something that is exciting to see is the collapse of the work silos that many of us long-timers had become comfortable with. The significant restructure of our business operations has opened our campus in a newly efficient way. Services that were once difficult to secure are easily done so now.
