Sabre Corporation: Sabre is on a journey from what it has been and what it will be in next 5 years. Our future looks great and I feel both challenged and excited to do quality work. I think we have some way to go from our leadership behaviors, which are very "SME" Driven and not by "thought leadership driven".

Sabre Corporation: I have a great experience working with Sabre. In 2015 I started as a contractor and in 6 months I became a full time employee. I have had excellent managers and mentors who have not only helped me professionally but in my personal life.
Sabre Corporation: I love Sabre... The yes/no questions are very hard to answer, because its more in the 'gray' area. Overall, its just challenging in SabreSonic and thats driving a lot of difficulty for many of us. Plus we take too long and are too expensive to create new products or improve our existing.

Sabre Corporation: Overall it's good. From a work perspective, I like the work that I do and believe it does matter. From a benefits perspective, they're not as good anymore in the U.S., costs are high, dental and vision coverage are declining. Meetings could easily be improved with folks having an objective & agenda.
Sabre Corporation: Sabre as a whole is a good company to work for, I just feel I have been grossly under paid for years and the minimal cost of living raise yearly does not cut it. I am a good employee and always strive for the best for a win win for Sabre and customer.

Sabre Corporation: There are good people that I work with but with no great leaders in place we will get to no where. There is also not a career path or development track for any of us so if it just busy works with below avg pay, why stay?
Sabre Corporation: I have been in the company for 22year, so I truly enjoyed working here. I have seen may cycles and different leadership styles, I am glad with the recent changes and the direction we are taking now
Sabre Corporation: overall positive but some gaps in the structure and not enough collaboration between teams
Sabre Corporation: I am happy to be part of sabre, great work culture. Getting enough time for complete or task. But if I come to my pay I am not happy just because other companies paying more. And do consider due to covid we did not get enough hikes since last 3 years.
Sabre Corporation: It is a privilege to work for a prestigious company like Sabre. But we could do better if we have right people in the right place that will serve better for our customer and future.
