The executive team and senior leadership team is very 'white' and basically all male. As far as diversity, it appears we are back sliding. We have become a 'good ole boys club' again

Frustrating at times. Senior leadership has made some bad hires in past (Shirk, Chad Ho, Jorge ?, etc., etc.) These people either got us off our focus or were an impediment to getting things done. It also feels like we have taken a step back to our 'Good 'Ole Boy' past. Ltd internal career advan

VCP; raises not so much. Raises do not keep up with inflation

Can't answer; we make progress then stall or step back due to leadership changes

Enjoy the mental challenges; solving complex problems....however at Sabre it is never easy to execute solutions

Collaboration. We are a very lean team and we work well together. Team mates are eager to pitch in and help even in areas outside their normal responsibilities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are too new to rate; which is also why I answered no on if they were doing good job. You should have had a 3rd option like 'I don't know yet'
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new CFO is very good; can break down the challenges to layman's terms and get buy-in at all levels. Kurt is new to the position, so jury is out. His style is very different than Sean's. Nothing bad to say about him, just waiting to see how he performs. Roshan is great; highly regarded
