People are helpful to each other.

Almost everyone at Sabre is nice and has a great attitude. I never feel like I am walking into a place where people don't want to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that the executive team understands that the people care about Sabre so they know that their decisions have impacts on the business and don't make the expedient decision just to save money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am not receiving market rate for my salary as a high performing employee of multiple years. Newer employees have been brought on at higher salaries. Also they do not have an employee stock purchase plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that other companies have better retirement plans including Employee Stock Options for Mid Level Employees and Employee Stock Purchase Plans. New employees enter the business at my level with similar salaries. Pay me what I am worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The senior executives have transformed to become champions of culture changing themselves over the last 5 years to be the type of culture they wanted to see. The whole feel of the company is a lot more amiable and inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like the fact that I have made significant impacts on the travel ecosystem by moving the needle within the company. This means that I know someone has traveled to a loved one, seen their first amusement park, toured a city, or watched a sporting event because of my job. We have impact.
