It's positive, but as I near retirement I get the feeling from some of the newer hires that I am pretty much out-of-date and my value is limited.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversified and everything seems to be positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good communication, work well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are positive and upbeat and I think their outlook is positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that they finally allowed domestic partners (not married) to be included.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
MFOL and OSPNRC is going to cause us to lose customers. Different timelines, lack of testing/understanding is causing major headaches for everybody, employees and customers. I agree it has to be done but our approach is off somehow.
