I like working for Sabre. I have been here a long time and have made close friendships and I really like my boss and the team I am on.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like helping hotels achieve success. I like that my hotels trust me and know they can come to me and I will help them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team I am on and my direct boss. I also like the amount of vacation time that I get. And appreciate the Year End Break.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is awesome! The best! and my boss is also amazing. My boss listens to me and assists me when I need them. They help us get through issues and is always willing to get on a call when needed - at all hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel our salaries are not as competitive if we were in the real Software ( Silicon Valley ) Technology environment. I feel the SIP plans are good, but our base salaries should be much higher - especially for all the work we do as Account Managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I always feel that Sean M and the team are doing the best for the company, but the conversations are always so Airline top heavy. I would like to see more engagement with Exec Leadership and the Hospitality team. We also need more women in Top Exec leadership roles at Sabre.
