I I have always appreciated the flexibility enabled by Sabre employer to manage the working time and balance with personal/family needs. This is not a given. The worst side is the ongoing pressure and sense of urgency

I think lot of older strategy and thinking coming while our CEO points us to in according to future. I think goals are not aligned.

Sabre Corporation: I spent almost 15 years at Sabre and grew here over the time. I highly value the colleagues and learning I have had. First 5 years have seen significant growth and now it has been flat over the years and losing to competition which is concerning

Sabre Corporation: Sabre is large and the part that I have worked with has been good. There are many constraints that are a problem (customer commitments, legacy apps, and untrained employees) but we generally solve problems together, which is nice.

Sabre Corporation: Working in sabre is like working for my family. More secure and comfortable. We are having time to spent with family.
Sabre Corporation: I love my job and working for Sabre. Great team, fantastic boss. Little heavy on work and short on staff at times. Hard to service customers in that situation. Also, need to be comfortable that if doing a great job, won't be impacted by layoffs. Sometimes great people are impacted instead of moved.

Sabre Corporation: People arent excited to be here, too many meetings take place and rarely do the key executives attending make decisions, they all just take turns pontificating. Everyone is afraid to fail, so processes are drawn out and ownership muddied.
Sabre Corporation: It's a good company, people are nice but compensation is not great. There is a big gap between managers and team members when it comes to compensation and benefits. Promotion process is not fair.
Sabre Corporation: I've been here for almost 15 years, so i'm still here because I have enjoyed the ride all the way.
Sabre Corporation: Physically and mentally exhausting to the point of frustrating.
