Many changes at the executive level, all with the belief that they have the magic formula for making the company excel. Every time a new executive comes along, re-orgs follow. This may look good on paper, but the trickle down disruption is more harmful than they can really understand.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company says they believe in retention but then when people can get paid much better by changing companies, where's the real incentive? Let's face it, no one is working just to work. We work so we can have a better life.
