I joined in 2008 since then I always had great opportunities for make my best work. I got also good compensation, perhaps not the best in industry, but I have nothing to complaint about it.

Great place to work, to meet with friendly people that are not competing with you but rather helping you to keep great interactions with customers. There is space for everyone. There are few folks that are not satisfied with the job but I interpret this more in a way that this is how they live.

Being here for 16 years, I see this relationship as a marriage. There are of course plenty of great things here that make me stay for longer. At the same time, things outside may be more attractive. Sometimes I question myself if I'm losing time in one single job but end up staying.I miss challenges

Very seasoned team members that are around for several years and know our customers and products very well.

most of the team members are very autonomous and know what they need to do and deliver. They are empathetic and friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know other I.T. companies give stock options to successful team members or members that are doing great progress in the career.
What makes you most happy at work?
having challenges that I need to spend time to solve. Being involved in critical projects, travel agency conversions or new business opportunities that nobody else worked before.

The possibility to break the routine. Working 8 hours a day but breaking in different periods. So I have time for family, for my well-being and also time to be focused and do my best work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at market it seems salaries are higher in other tech-companies. I also think sometimes it takes too long for a promotion with a good salary increase - being manager for 6 years and not so sure about chances to continue growing. It seems Sabre does not value middle management as it used to do
