It's been a very inconsistent experience over the years. Leaders change, focus, strategy and priority changes immediately follow which has made it difficult to find your footing. We are moving in a much brighter and clearer direction which is very encouraging!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, it's been positive however, somewhat tumultuous. It's difficult to get your feet under you with continuous layoffs, reorgs, and unclear job responsibilities which limits productivity. Change is good, improving and growing is good, but it seems the effect of the former is discounted.

Willingness to change and evolve the culture to be more inclusive, welcoming. and a place where everyone can add value and thrive professionally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I personally feel disconnected and like my role is such an outlier within the org and beyond that it's difficult to do the job I want to do and the things I want to deliver.
