It's a good company, people are nice but compensation is not great. There is a big gap between managers and team members when it comes to compensation and benefits. Promotion process is not fair.

My package is much lower comparing to the market value for my experience and position. The company need to do better in surveying the market and get the fair value and compensation for my experience and position.
