I have been with Sabre for 30+ years. In that time I have been in many positions in many areas, with continued opportunity for growth.

I have been here many years, and overall I am very happy. I am continually given challenging projects to work on, and enjoy the work that I do.

The variety of projects and working with many other teams

Variable Compensation and stock options. We also have well-funded medical benefits.

They work hard and have fun. They are 100% invested in meeting our goals and work very hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is based upon 6 core values that are not only work values, but also life values.

They are 'available' to provide updates and to talk to openly. They seem genuinely invested in our strategy and values.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Partnership across teams. The leadership team setting a great strategy that we can all easily align to in order to meet market and financial goals.

Knowing that I am contributing to the success of the company, based upon the work my team does, and the types of projects we work on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An existing employee with many years of experience throughout our company and new employees are coming in with less experience and are making a comparable salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative and understand the goals we are trying to reach. Nearly everyone I work with is friendly and I look forward to interacting with them. I like that we are diverse in backgrounds and talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received a 2.5% raise over the last few years, which does not even cover the cost of my annual mortgage insurance increase. It comes out to about $97/check after taxes. I believe we could cut costs on other things and reallocate to paying employees more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very flexible in it's approach to work, and promotes a collaborative environment. That said, I believe we should rethink our 'come to the office' policy to be 2d - 3d per week, which mirrors the MVD Center. All centers should be the same.
