As compensation is not per industry standard and yearly raise is meagerly there isn't enough motivation to go the extra mile as promotions and raises go to favorites mostly.

Sabre Corporation: Working at Sabre can be great. You are giving a lot of freedom and flexbility, but i feel the company lacks one thing - bringing home office workers together to meet with colleagues. I sometimes do not feel connected with the company at all.
Sabre Corporation: Early on in the career there was a lot of opportunities for growth and learning, however it has since stagnated and perhaps regressed due to downsizing. There is often scope creep in job responsibilities which present challenges with limited resources and expectations.
Sabre Corporation: My overall experince at Sabre is excellent but I am bit concerned about managment as they are not ready to listen no from their subordinate and try to stop them vocing out with false exapmples and comparision whether it could be general conversation or Promotion related ones
Vector Marketing: This company has been a staple in our community for 70 years, and it makes me proud to work for a Made in the USA business producing ourline here in Olean NY - my gram retired from here, and many of my family and friends as well and the generations continue to work here - here is to 70 more years!

Sabre Corporation: Complicated processes that couse huge lost of time, poor system documentation, runbooks witch provide to another waste of time, many meetings are time consuming and do not provide to constructive decisions. Work requires many know how from the employee, than can count on team mates.
