positive when working with my teammates, irked that upper mgmt doubled their salaries while Sabre is still not making money, and adding more and more upper mgmt. Attempting too hard to include "everyone". Sabre is a business, stay out of politics and trying to be politically correct.

besides a stable paycheck and benefits, the ability to have variable compensation (bonus) if the company is doing well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
include traditional conservative viewpoints as part of the inclusion and diversity. I feel I am left out of mgmt's concern.
