Overall, my time at Sabre has been really good. I am learning many new things and working on multiple projects. I would like to better understand what is expected of me from a development standpoint. I am aware of role progression in my development but struggle to know exactly what I need to do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The private dental care has been really helpful and also the free training platforms such as Udemy have been really useful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a good level of diversity across teams and everyone is always willing to jump on a call or provide support over email/messages. Everyone feels very approachable and easy to interact with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are patient and really helpful when it comes to me doing something new. As someone who is new to the travel industry and Sabre, I have been able to rely on my team for training and support for projects and day to day tasks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the ability to learn new skills and being support with resources and training along the way. Sabre has provided me with many options for upskilling and improving my ability to do my job. Every day is different and I enjoy working on new projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to new ideas and are always supportive when it comes to training and development. I have been given the opportunity to upskill through paid courses and given the freedom to dictate my own learning path which has been crucial for the early stages of my career development,
