Positive. I feel I've had the opportunity to grow and evolve over the years, and have been a part of many changes along the way. They have not all been positive changes, but I feel a renewed sense of optimism.

My career spans decades, and I feel that Sabre and I have grown together and been flexible and supportive of one another for many years. I am proud of my years of service and hope for many more.

Collaborative, genuine relationships. Mutual respect and competing against who we were yesterday, not each other.

The people I work the most closely with - overcoming a common obstacle, meeting commitments together.

The inclusion groups have been great, and our presence in the community has always been a source of pride for me as an employee.

I have a very tenured and mature group - highly, highly collaborative. No one is left behind - knowledge sharing and support of one another is great.

Sabre's commitment to diversity and the community have always been important to me. The employee focus that has been on the rise since Shawn Williams became our HR leader has been remarkable. The collaboration ACROSS teams, not just within our immediate teams, has noticeably increased.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have always been very proud of Sabre's commitment to community outreach. As I've already stated, our HR leadership is the best we've had in my tenure here - from a company who had a reputation for "ruthless" hire/fire cycles - it's a different perception of employee value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incremental increases have not kept up with the market. Especially for resources that were considerable below market prior to a role change. Limiting increases to a percentage range year over year ensures some resources will always continue to be proportionately underpaid. We need a cycle breaker
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Existing employees aren't being compensated at market rates, as is evidenced by the packages being offered to new hires. This isn't a problem we can continue to ignore - the loss of long tenured staff is an Achilles heel. Staff shouldn't have to leave & come back, or leave to be fairly compensated
