Its a mixed bag of feelings. While top execs are being very vocal and transparent about their plan, at the same time , strategies are changing too often leading to lot of disruption and people movement. While WFA is great flexibility offered to employees, company perks are not at all exciting.

We are mostly collaborating and considerate. We are supportive of each other. We agree to disagree but go by consensus.

Open communication environment, leaders are very approachable, Open to ideas and suggestions. People friendly in general. Lots of initiatives for people to engage beyond work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
From care operations, Apac does not have enough growth opportunities as compared to the market around. Majority of opportunities are being kept strongly guarded in Americas (MVD). This gives a feeling of Sabre not been an equal opportunity employer globally and Apac employees feel neglected.
