Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The call centre staff plays a big role in the operations, we sometimes never get the chance to get up of our chairs expect for the 35 minutes break we get and this we have seen alot of staff having health issues due to not moving around much/stretch at work.

The pay is decent but the cost of living has increased way beyond limits

Globally we enjoy the same benefits of parental leave and due to loss in the family we have time to recover from grief

the work culture is great as per what we see around the globe but at the help desk team a lot of things have been added to our responsibility and it makes it quite challenging to expertise in everything .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
middle east market, all we see is the Lead makes a mistake is fine but when we make mistake we are penalized with warning emails so that if the company decides to fire us it makes their job easy, the leadership here needs a serious change in the middle east, as nothing about the leads motivates us
